    Our driver places the unit on flat ground in your chosen spot, with the door facing whichever direction you prefer.

    Delivery day

  3. Weekly maintenance, then removal

    We pump, sanitize, and restock on a weekly basis, and haul the unit out once you let us know the job is finished.

We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you get me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're family-owned, so if something isn't right with a unit, that's on us, and we correct it that same day.

I track every job on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We pump the holding tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and enough room to maneuver a wheelchair.

What kind of spot do you need for the delivery?

Flat, firm ground that a service truck can get to, free of low-hanging wires and away from any active digging.

How do extended rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you contact us for removal.
